Ratesti Solar Project in Romania, a large-scale photovoltaic plant with a planned capacity of 154 MWp.

About project

The project utilizes high-efficiency monocrystalline Astronergy PV modules, specifically selected for their excellent performance under Romania’s diverse climatic conditions, including seasonal temperature variations and moderate solar irradiation. The plant design is based on a 1500V DC system architecture, optimizing system efficiency, reducing energy losses, and lowering overall Levelized Cost of Energy (LCOE).

The Ratesti project employs fixed-tilt ground-mounted systems to ensure stable annual energy yield with minimized operational and maintenance costs. Structural components are manufactured from hot-dip galvanized steel, offering high durability and corrosion resistance, particularly important for the open-field rural environment where the plant is located.
