What tasks await you?

Procurement Operations
• Coordinate purchasing activities with the Procurement Manager
• Prepare and issue purchase requisitions and purchase orders
• Track supplier deliveries, lead times, and documentation
• Maintain supplier communication regarding logistics and technical clarifications

Site Coordination
• Work closely with the Construction Manager and site team in Arad
• Monitor on-site material requirements and delivery schedules
• Support logistics, warehouse coordination, and delivery inspections
• Ensure material availability aligns with construction progress

Cost & Documentation Control
• Support cost control through supplier comparison and tracking
• Maintain procurement documentation (orders, invoices, transport, offers)
• Prepare weekly procurement and logistics reports

Cross-functional collaboration
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, and HSE teams for material compliance
• Ensure alignment between office and site priorities and project milestones

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, or Supply Chain Management (technical background preferred)

• 3–5 years of experience in procurement or project logistics (construction/energy/EPC preferred)

• Good understanding of procurement processes and supplier management

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset

• Good command of English (written and spoken)

• Proficiency in MS Office; ERP systems experience is an advantage

• Availability to work on-site support in Grăniceri, Arad area
